I feel so lucky to have made Lisa’s acquaintance she has saved the day for me.
Having previously made a disastrous and costly purchase online I presented Lisa with two ill fitting, badly made Roman blinds that I thought were beyond resurrection.
She was able to unpick and remake the blinds without them showing any sign of their former life.
They have really brightened up my kitchen I couldn’t be happier with the end result.
Lisa is a lovely lady to deal with and a talented perfectionist. I cannot recommend her highly enough and look forward to her help with other rooms in the house.

Lisa did a brilliant job making curtains and blinds for our kitchen and garden room. She even arranged for the fabric for the blinds to be printed in such a way that there would be no joins, and liaised with the fabric designer to have the fabric created in a brand new colour way to complement the colour scheme. Everything is very well made and reflects the pride she has in her work. I am very happy to highly recommended her.

Lisa made the process of choosing new Roman Blinds for our living room a real pleasure. She was so enthusiastic and helpful and very patient while I dithered over the different fabrics! She was always prompt and efficient and the completed blinds were beautiful and made with a meticulous attention to detail. As we live in an old house where all the measurements are "wonky" it was not an easy job, but Lisa cheerfully found a way around the problems and her blinds have lifted the look of the whole room. I would not hesitate to recommend her and I look forward to her doing more work for us in the future.

Lisa recently transformed a rather dull room by making some beautiful curtains and a blind. She sourced the fabric for me and had a lot of choices in a wide range of prices. It was a delight to deal with Lisa - she is gentle and at no time did I feel under pressure to accept her quotation. Lisa has recently undertaken four projects in my old cottage, all of which were not straightforward tasks. I was pleased and impressed with her professional, careful and thoughtful approach to each task. No detail was too much trouble and Lisa does not rush clients into making a decision. I recently asked Lisa at Pretty Swish if she could make me some blinds or curtains for my downstairs hall, stairs and study. I have no idea of interior style and my husband had disliked every fabric I had looked at before talking to Lisa! Plus, We have a small barn conversion that has wonky windows, ceilings and floors and is quite dark inside. Not only did she create us the most fabulous blinds and box cushion that are admired by everyone who comes to the house but she helped us choose wonderful fabrics that are complementary to the house and its style and much loved by both my husband and me!!
She is a consummate professional when it comes to soft furnishing and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has an innate sense of interiors style combined with great technical knowhow and phenomenal attention to detail. She is very very easy to work with - she will listen to your ideas and provide more for you to see what is possible, while understanding what will work for your house/shed/office space etc; she is very open and honest and precise and if she doesn't believe something will work the chances are it won't!; she helps you keep within your budget or deadline and can suggest modifications if necessary; she is also very good at keeping in contact with you so you know how the project is going; plus, on top of that, she is the most friendly and kind person you could wish to meet, which makes what could be a stressful process an extremely pleasurable one - Thank you Lisa and Pretty Swish!!
